What: Bethesda Memorial Hospital presents its first-ever wellness symposium focused entirely on women's issues. Top female physicians -- including Dr. Rachel Eidelman (cardiology and internal medicine), Dr. Samantha Kwon (thoracic and cardiovascular surgery), Dr. Sonali Pandya (breast surgery) and Dr. Carol Adami (radiology) -- will address an expected audience of some 250 on issues that impact women of all ages.

Raymond Lee Jewelers/Generation Hope

What: Raymond Lee Jewelers and Generation Hope, the nonprofit foundation started by the twin daughters of Nat King Cole, present an evening of Champagne, chocolate, fashion and elegance. Proceeds from jewelry sales (including a Generation Hope signature piece by Raymond Lee Jewelers) will benefit the foundation's funding of music education projects throughout the county.
