There are still a few seats left for the don’t-miss event of the summer—and we mean DO NOT MISS. Boca’s Ballroom Battle, which benefits the George Snow Scholarship Fund, is a fundraiser that is actually fun. No stuffy dinner or endless speeches or trying to balance a plate and a wine glass and still read someone’s nametag. We have enough of those.

We never have enough dancing.

Especially by people we know who are decked out and usually pretty silly.

This year the “Dancing With The Stars”-inspired event may have a movie theme (we’ve already heard about one contestant who shall not be named cavorting to the theme from “The Pink Panther”) but whatever craziness the George Snow scholarship people have cooked up, we know it’s going to be quite the show. Tim Snow, who heads up the George Snow Scholarship Fund, has already confessed that that this year is going to be “over the top.
