This just in: The Delray Beach Marketing Cooperative just announced a reduced rate for the fan-tabulous Dinner in the Sky event, named by Forbes as one of the Top 10 most unusual dining experiences in the world. The event, in which diners are suspended 180 feet in the air, will be held on Saturday, October 20 in downtown Delray Beach.

As an exclusive offer for Delray Beach residents only, Dinner in the Sky has lowered the rate to $350 per person, which includes a private pre- and post-dinner lounge party with complimentary cocktails, music by EMG Entertainment, complimentary parking, drawing to win a Lamborghini for a Day, and a chance to mingle with the chefs in a red carpet area reserved only for participants. Plus, each participant will receive a swag bag valued at $1,500.

“With a limited number of seats remaining we wanted Delray Beach residents to be a part of history and to say thank you for supporting all the events and businesses in our community,” says Sarah Martin, Executive Director of the Delray Beach Marketing Cooperative.

The dining table and seats are on a platform connected to a crane. The opulent multi- course dinners will be served by Caffé Luna Rosa and Candyfish by Union. The event will be held on Old School Square Park and will include four seatings, 5:30, 7, 8:30 and 10 p.m.
