According to press materials, the three-day event format for SweatUSA includes an expo featuring more than 100 exhibitors and organizations. They will showcase today’s most advanced and progressive health and fitness brands and wellness solutions. These include nutritional plans, dietary supplements and training equipment, as well as home-based exercise resources, gym programs and the latest beauty products.

Starting Saturday, Oct. 12, SweatUSA will begin its program of morning and afternoon workout sessions, featuring a series of classes conducted by SweatUSA’s headlining celebrity fitness trainers.  The wide variety of classes will include experiences ranging from Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Flywheel Cycling, MMA, Crossfit, Piloxing and Surfset – the unique surfboard workout routine that was first seen on the television series Shark Tank.
