A few weeks back I promised more details on Del Frisco’s Grille coming to Palm Beach. Well, here goes. . .
The spacious eatery (8,000 square feet, 200-plus seats) will open sometime later this month at 340 Royal Poinciana Plaza. Among the design features, by West Palm-based Glidden Spina + Partners will be an exhibition kitchen, communal tables, a courtyard, private dining room and wine room.
The menu, by top toque Anthony Fusco will reportedly be tweaked for local tastes and to feature local ingredients, with dishes like pulled pork empanadas with apricot mustard, sesame and chive-crusted ahi with chilled noodle salad, veal meatloaf with bordelaise sauce, and fish cooked en papillote with basil pesto. Of course, there will be the usual roster of sandwiches and burgers, steaks and chops.
And that’s it for now. . .
