Get a cup of your morning joe with the “Morning Joe” team as MSNBC’s weekday news talk show will broadcast live at Racks Downtown Eatery + Tavern (402 Plaza Real, 561/395-1662) the day before and the day of the final presidential debate at Lynn University.

Beginning at 5:30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 22 and 23), Willie Geist will host “Way Too Early,” then from 6 to 9 a.m. co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski will broadcast “Morning Joe” from a mobile studio set up in the back of Gary Racks’ Mizner Park restaurant, as the MSNBC team previews and reviews the debate, scheduled for 9 p.m. Monday.

If you want to see a big league TV operation at work or just nibble a little bite of history, Racks will be open starting at 5:30 a.m., serving a limited brunch menu, and will remain open throughout both days for lunch and dinner. Who knows, maybe they’ll even have some blue- (and red-) plate specials.

If I get any more details, I’ll pass them on forthwith.
