Only a few tickets left to sample the wares of some of the best chefs in South Florida at the 13th annual “Culinary Creations” dinner, set for Monday, May 21, at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach.
Benefiting Quantum House and The Palm Beach County Chefs in Distress Endowment Fund, the evening will feature more than two dozen chefs, each preparing one of four courses to be served round robin style. Among the highlights: Cuban-inspired duck three ways from chef Jason Zeller of Boca’s Stonebridge Country Club, grilled lobster tail with spicy black bean-mango salsa from chef Dominick Laudia of Boca Woods Country Club, and a “Symphony of Sweets” dessert platter from Café L’Europe pastry chef Stephanie Steliga.
Along with dinner is a champagne and hors d’oeuvres reception, silent auction to bid on wine tastings and private chef’s dinners, and live music by Urban Gypsies.
The reception begins at 6:30 p.m., with dinner starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $125 per person, and can be obtained at www.quantumhouse.org.
