Community Classroom Project Launches Cooking Classes

Space of Mind’s Community Classroom Project is hosting several delicious classes through the end of the year. Proceeds from the events benefit the nonprofit organization’s mission to cultivate a strong culinary workforce while also allowing the community to discover international cuisines in a fun and healthy atmosphere. Here’s the schedule:

July 10 – Indian eats from the state of Maharashtra

July 13 – Master the basics of baking

July 20 – Mastering scallops (in a Champagne butter sauce)

July 30 – Mastering cheese making

August 24 – Mastering duck breast (in a port sauce)

September 9 – Chef’s Table with Jimmy Everett (of Driftwood)

September 13 – Recipes from the cookbooks of music icons

September 14 – Mastering lobster ravioli

September 25 – Rosh Hashanah favorites

October 26 – Mastering sushi

November 13 – Thanksgiving favorites
