Medicaid Waiver and Consumer Directed Care

The Med Waiver and CDC are two state funding programs that assist Floridians with developmental disabilities.  This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the various Medicaid waivers available in Florida, the criteria for eligibility, the application process, what to do while on the waiting list and what services are covered once you receive funding.The seminar is free and open to the community.  Presented by Joshua’s Path at Goodman JFS of Broward County.  The Joshua’s Path program supports, educates and empowers adults with developmental disabilities, their parents, siblings and other caregivers by providing free consultations, a searchable website, resources and educational seminars.
