National Sushi Day is on June 18 and to celebrate, veteran restauranteurs Tina Wang and chef Jason Zheng of Unisolo Restaurant Group are featuring the spicy tuna biscuit at their concepts throughout South Florida. The sushi appetizer consists of crispy rice crackers topped with spicy tuna, jalapeño, caviar, wasabi mayo and eel sauce.
