Realtor Michelle Schneider was a reality star during an episode of HGTV’s My Lottery Dream Home, where the Lang Realty broker helped a couple find a home in Boca Raton.

The episode aired earlier this month and, naturally, is called “Big Bucks in Boca Raton.” In the episode, designer and host David Bromstad joked, “Boca means bougie.”

Bromstad takes buyers Rick and Alicia Jultak on a tour of homes in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, with guidance from Schneider as a local real estate expert. In the end, the Jultaks find their dream home on a golf course.

“They weren’t just looking for a beautiful home—they wanted a place that truly supports how they want to live day-to-day,” Schneider said in a press release. “Boca Raton offers that balance in a way few markets can, from the coastal setting to the sense of community.”

The Boca Raton couple is no stranger to reality television; this was the couple’s third time on the show. According to Entertainment Now, the Boca Raton couple first bought a home in Blue Ridge, Ga. after unexpectedly coming into a large inheritance. They returned to the show to buy a second home in San Diego after making a large profit on the Georgia cabin.

They then went on the show a third time, looking locally for the new home.
