The Japanese izakaya concept is expanding even further from its Philadelphia flagship and sultry Wynwood location, bringing its celebrated menu of sushi, sashimi, and robatayaki to Delray Beach. Go a la carte or opt for the 10-course chef’s tasting menu that includes dishes like a duck scrapple bao bun, cheesesteak bao, grilled branzino, hamachi ceviche, and more. A serious contender for best barbecue in Miami, Drinking Pig brings its smokey pedigree north. It’s got all your classic smoked meats—spare ribs, brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs—as well as pork belly, and smoked half or whole chicken. Maman

Dishes from Maman

French for “Mother,” this breezy café serves fresh-baked pastries and breads as well as a robust breakfast and lunch menu of scratch-made dishes. Maman is expected to open later this summer. mamannyc.com
