The Michelin Guide has released its first-ever statewide selections for Florida, and several Palm Beach County restaurants made the cut.

West Palm Beach Cuban fine dining concept Emelina stands out as the sole Palm Beach County restaurant to receive a star. The restaurant was opened in February by chef Osmel González, who cut his teeth at the Michelin-starred EntreNos in Miami Shores. Emelina offers a 10-course tasting menu at its 16-seat chef’s counter. The other new addition to the guide was chef Pushkar Marathe’s Ela Curry & Cocktails in West Palm Beach, which was included in the list of Michelin Recommended restaurants.
