On July 9, Café Boulud will host a five-course dinner paired with sparkling wines from world-renowned appellations.

The Brazilian Court Hotel’s signature restaurant has curated a wine list spanning the Mosel region of Germany and the Penedès region of Spain to the French Loire Valley all the way to Santa Barbara County, Calif. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $195 and can be purchased here. See below for the five-course menu.
