Stage, which opened its Boca Raton location at Restaurant Row in March last year, is reinventing itself as the Boca Brasserie.

The restaurant will still operate under the culinary leadership of lauded chef Pushkar Marathe, but will feature a significantly altered menu. Per a post on Stage’s Instagram, dishes will include “grilled steaks and fresh seafood, house-made pastas and wood-fired sourdough flatbreads, New York classics like matzah ball soup, and a martini program with tableside service.”

We can only hope the menu retains some of the global influence popularized by Marathe at Ela Curry & Cocktails or Stage’s PGA location, both of which were given recommendation nods by the Michelin Guide this year. The Instagram post continues, “[Boca Brasserie] is a restaurant inspired by the community we are proud to be a part of, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”

Stage hosted its final dinner service last night, July 5. It will reopen as Boca Brasserie in mid-August. For updates, visit bocabrasserie.com.
