Let Café Boulud cater your summer picnic with its new baskets packed with chef-curated dishes.

“La Pique-Nique Unique” is every bit as elegant as you’d expect from the signature restaurant of the Brazilian Court Hotel on Palm Beach. The basket for two includes your choices of a charcuterie selection or cheese and fruit plate, spring salad or gazpacho verde, and a turkey club or pastrami sandwich, served with Café Boulud’s house-made chips and cookies. Your picnic lunch will be paired with either a half bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne or Canard-Duchêne Brut Rosé.

A basket for four is also available, which includes the charcuterie selection and cheese and fruit plate, along with a choice of salad and sandwich, and the house-made chips and cookies. Diners can also take their pick from a selection of full wine bottles that includes a 2022 Sancerre from Domaine Foucher Lebrun, Au Bon Climat’s Cuvée Daniel Chardonnay, Evesham Wood Pinot Noir, and many more.

The basket for two is priced at $150, and the basket for four is priced at $250. Additional à la carte dishes can be added for an additional fee, with options ranging from smoked salmon and wild-caught jumbo shrimp to baby beet and Cobb salads and Ossetra caviar. Baskets are available through Oct. 31 and can be arranged through advance reservations. For more information, click here.
