Resource Depot, a nonprofit tackling Palm Beach Countys growing waste problem by rescuing unwanted and excess materials, turning waste into wonder, is teaming up with fellow local nonprofit aZul Fashion, Art & Design, Inc., an organization empowering adults with disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome and related disabilities) using fashion, art, and design as a path to achieve artistic recognition, dignity and financial independence.
Resource Depots second annual Make Fashion Circular Celebrity Challenge will feature several of aZuls designers with disabilities that will transform tote bags using materials found at Resource Depot into one-of-a-kind upcycled pieces that will be for sale. All proceeds will benefit both nonprofit organizations.
Plus, be the first to fill a bag of new-to-you womens clothes and accessories while enjoying bites and bubbles!
