We recently let you know about the return of the City of Boca’s Food Truck Fridays, and that was plenty exciting. But now we’re happy to report that there’s another great food truck experience happening within Boca’s city limits.
The Research Park at Florida Atlantic University will be hosting its own Food Truck Friday on February 28th from 11:30-1:30 p.m.. at the intersection of NW 35th Street and FAU Boulevard.
The food truck lineup will include:
- Curbside Gourmet
- Melted Madness
- Outside the Box
- Las Mexicanas
Luckily, FAU’s Food Truck event won’t conflict with the February iteration of the City of Boca’s Food Truck Friday, which is taking place this week (on Valentine’s Day!) from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Sanborn Square in Downtown Boca.
