Two favorite Miami restaurants are opening up new locations in Palm Beach County, and both feature delicious and healthy menus.

Carrot Express

Expanding its empire of healthy eats, this Miami-based restaurant has opened a Boca outpost. Serving a wide variety of vegan, gluten free and raw menu items, you can come here for a tasty meal that you won’t regret later. Many of its fans are die-hards for that reason; it’s a fast casual restaurant that delivers quality food. Choose from salads, wraps, bowls, burgers, avocado toasts, stuffed sweet potatoes, soups, açai bowls, desserts, juices and smoothies.

PLANTA West Palm Beach

Taking healthy dining to another level, this plant-based restaurant has debuted as Rosemary Square’s newest addition.  The locally sourced fare here will have you craving its cauliflower truffle totes, steamed dumplings, ahi watermelon nigiri and red pepper carpaccio. Make sure to leave room for one of its appetizing pizzas (that can also be gluten free) or signature Planta burger. You won’t even miss the meat, trust us.
