A warm, cheesy slice of pizza can uplift spirits and brighten days, and Delray Beach now has another reason for culinary celebration with the opening of Izza Pizza in Pineapple Grove.

For nearly four decades, the New York style recipe has been molded, changed and perfected. Today, it’s ready for you to enjoy. Double fermented dough is coated with imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes, a top-secret blend of cheeses and Greek extra virgin olive oil. From there it’s topped with everything from prosciutto, arugula, fresh basil, feta, brisket and smoked bacon.

But wait, there’s more.

This pizza parlor also specialized in vegan and gluten free pies. Teeming with vegan-friendly toppings like plant based cheeses and meats, truffle oil, garlic, red peppers, mushrooms; these pizzas are slices of heaven that are full of flavor.
