It’s that time of year again (which is nice to say, for a change), when the ball gowns are left on their hangers, cummerbunds are tucked away and everyone heads for the barn.
Figuratively speaking.
Its time for the annual Cowboy Ball, which has morphed into the Rhinestone Cowboy Ball “Boots & Bling,” and is a major annual fundraiser for the George Snow Scholarship Fund. This year, the Cowboy Ball (we’ll always call it that) is at The Boca Raton on Feb. 19 and will honor the frontline healthcare workers at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. We are asked to deck ourselves out in jeans and gems, boots and tiaras, and a lot of country soul mixed with Boca glitz. Of course.
This fun event will feature axe throwing, casino games, a mechanical bull, live music, an auction —the works—and is one of Boca Raton’s most sought after charity fundraisers.
Monies raised benefit the George Snow Scholarship Fund, which annually contributes about $1.2 million a year in scholarships and scholarship support services to deserving and underserved kids from all over the county.
Please join us in kicking up your (boot) heels at this event! Get your tickets NOW by calling 561/347-6799.
