Created by prominent chef Brandon Salomon, this vegan, gluten-free and nut-free pumpkin soup is beautifully presented inside the pumpkin and will make you instantly feel like autumn has arrived. Made with harissa, tahini and sweet potato, and topped with pumpkin seed dukkah, the dish will be available at the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale restaurant until December.
