The newest Atlantic Crossing destination will debut this week on Thursday, Feb. 16. Le Colonial brings its French Vietnamese cuisine to Delray Beach using locally sourced ingredients. This is its fifth U.S outpost and coincides with the brand’s 30th anniversary, which is helmed by restauranteurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King. The 7,000 square-foot space has been transformed with soft romantic lighting, lush outdoor patio and warm earthy tones. Guests can look forward to dishes like the crispy South Florida yellowtail snapper, caramelized filet mignon with a garlic confit and tiger prawns served with crispy rice noodles. Le Colonial will also feature a swanky bar with plush seating where you can sip on its signature lychee martini or spicy pineapple margarita.
