Atlantic Avenue welcomes a new restaurant to town. Del Fuego, the Long Island import specializing in Tex-Mex fare, has debuted on the Intracoastal. The infamous waterfront venue, most recently home to Meso Beach House, has been transformed into a colorful concept that’s dishing out scratch-made dishes alongside craft beers and lots and lots of tequila. Classics like guacamole and ceviche share the page with baked chorizo and black bean dip, and southwest chicken eggrolls. For mains, selections include a variety of fajitas, tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. This is the fifth Del Fuego chain, part of the DeNicola Group.
