West Palm Beach’s dining scene is mourning the loss of The Regional. The creation of James Beard nominated chef and Top Chef finalist Lindsay Autry held its final dinner service this past weekend. Autry’s Southern cuisine took center stage for seven years until an increase in food and labor costs and taxes made keeping it open unsustainable. The cozy farmhouse ambiance set the stage for her craveable dishes like the warm tomato pie, shrimp & grits and gumbo. Diners can savor Autry’s cooking at her PGA National Resort restaurant, Honeybelle. honeybellepbg.com
