Florie’s at the Four Seasons Resort welcomes chef Mauro Colagreco back from France. The airy seaside restaurant is Colagreco’s only stateside restaurant. Lauded for his three Michelin-starred Mirazur in southern France, Colagreco will bring his Mediterranean flair and flavors to Palm Beach when he hosts two dinners this week. On Thursday, Colagreco will present a “Taste of the French Riviera” with a four-course prix fixe menu priced at $195 with an optional wine pairing. On Friday, “A Truffle Symphony” will invite guests to embark on a decadent culinary journey priced at $250.
