Warren Delray invites all whiskey lovers to its Pappy Van Winkle dinners on Wednesday, Feb. 21, and Thursday, Feb. 22. The selections for the evening include Old Rip Van Winkle 10, Van Winkle Family Reserve 12 Lot B, Van Winkle Family Reserve 13-Year Rye, Pappy Van Winkle 15, Pappy Van Winkle 20, and Pappy Van Winkle 23. Each pour will be paired with a dish that complements each sip. Guests can look forward to selections like the charred escolar crudo, king crab agnolotti, sous vide Berkshire fillet and whiskey dry-aged NY strip.
These two seatings will only host 12 spots each at the chef’s tasting table so make your reservations today. Tickets are $1,000 per person or $750 for Warren Cocktail Club members.
