The Sub-Culture Group’s Mizner Park staple, Kapow Noodle Bar, has debuted a new dining experience. The omakase journey, which translates to “leave it up to the chef,” is an exclusive coursed menu served at Kapow’s Boca location’s eight-seat counter from Wednesday through Sunday. The 6 p.m. seating features an eight-course chef-selected menu that starts with a welcome sake sip ($85), and the 8 p.m. seating is a 12-course deep dive into Japanese cuisine with three sake pairings ($150). Diners can look forward to dishes like the aged Bluefin tuna Akami with dehydrated red miso and the Hokkaido scallop with white truffle salt.
