On Wednesday, March 27, the Hilton West Palm Beach’s Galley restaurant will host a five-course dinner paired with select wines from the Huneeus Family estate. The legendary winemakers founded Quintessa, Faust, Illumination by Quintessa and numerous other renowned wines. The dinner will benefit Rohi’s Readery and its mission to foster early childhood reading readiness, plus its new permanent location in the Northwest Historic District.

The dinner will also feature music by Mister Trombone and a silent auction. Tickets are $428, with a portion of proceeds going back to the charity. Purchase them here.

This wine dinner is a part of Galley’s monthly wine series. Next is the Caymus Vineyards dinner on April 17 ($199 per person).
