Michelle Farmer is not new to Boca Raton, but the luxury designer and retailer has expanded her local footprint with a new location at Mizner Park. Following nine successful years at The Boca Raton, and with the Beach Club undergoing renovations until next year, Mizner Park presented itself as the ideal location. “The transition allows us to expand our reach beyond the members-only hotel clientele to serve our large customer base from Miami, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale,” says Farmer.
With the new boutique comes a more spacious layout that’s actually three times the size of the previous location. As Farmer explains, “this enables us to offer a much larger selection of our collection. It’s also a welcoming place boasting stunning design elements including high ceilings and ample light.” The boutique will also serve as a fabulous setting for special gatherings throughout the year including “a series of trunk shows, charity events, and cocktail parties, providing customers with exciting opportunities to engage with our brand and community,” adds Farmer.
In addition to the Mizner Park location, the beloved brand has boutiques in Palm Beach, Southampton, and Phoenix, but for Farmer, the personal connection she has with her customers is paramount. “We strive to ensure that every individual who enters our stores feels welcomed, as if they were entering our own home.” With that being said, despite the expansion, Farmer continues to personally visit each store, gathering customer feedback in order to provide the desired products and exceptional customer service.
