The Astoria, Queens-based cookie company Chip City Cookies has opened its second South Florida location and it’s in Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue. What started as a passion project to recreate a sweet childhood memory for founders Peter Phillips and Teddy Gailas became a cookie empire with 35 locations down the East Coast. Its unique cookie flavors include peanut butter & jelly, cannoli and s’mores. Plus, they’ve recently started creating other treats like crookies or croissants stuffed with cookie dough.
