The Boca Raton Charity Register serves as an invaluable red-carpet guide to charitable organizations and their major fundraising events, making it a must-read for the area’s social season. Debuting this year as a stand-alone publication, it will feature a comprehensive listing of events along with essential information for those who attend and plan them.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, AS THE PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING LISTINGS HAS CHANGED FROM PRIOR YEARS. DO NOT BEGIN THIS PROCESS UNLESS YOU KNOW ALL THE LOGISTICS OF YOUR EVENT (DATE, LOCATION, ETC.). YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ANY FIELDS ARE LEFT BLANK. IF A FIELD IS NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR EVENT, YOU MUST TYPE “N/A.”

LISTINGS: Each Palm Beach County organization selected for inclusion will receive a one-third page listing describing the charity and its major fundraising event. There is a $395 processing fee for each listing submission. Payment information must be provided at the time of submission. Payments will be processed at the time of submission for the August 2026 publication.
ADDITIONAL LISTINGS: You may submit additional forms for additional Boca Raton Charity Register one-third page listings. The additional listing fee is $395 for each.
DEADLINES: Please submit your online form(s) by June 1, 2026. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.
LIMITED SPACE: Only the headings and titles appearing on the form will be included in the listings. Please edit your information to fit the space allotted on the form. Extra information and titles will not be included. Boca Magazine will make every effort to include the submitted listings. However, due to space limitations, this may not always be possible. Boca Magazine shall select charities for inclusion based on criteria including, but not limited to, whether the charity’s funds remain in Palm Beach County and the event’s history and tradition. Boca Magazine expressly reserves the right to edit listings for space and clarity and is not responsible for publication of incorrect information provided directly by the charity.
COMPLIMENTARY COPIES: Each selected organization will be entitled to a complimentary copy of the 2026-2027 Boca Raton Charity Register. A copy of the Boca Raton Charity Register will be mailed directly to the address provided on the listings form. Additional copies may be purchased at a 50 percent discount by calling 1-800-308-7346.
