What does the North Pole look like in the dead of summer? Probably a little like Boca Raton—which is exactly where Santa Claus will be this Saturday.

The jolly guy will be making his way to the Town Center at Boca Raton for his second-annual Christmas in July visit. Donning a red Hawaiian shirt, shorts, and his signature hat, he’ll be welcoming Christmas lovers of all ages on July 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the event, Santa Claus will be taking free digital photos, and guests can also partake in making beach-themed Christmas ornaments, go on a treasure hunt through the mall to collect summer prizes, and have the chance to win a $500 Simon American Express gift card.

All the action will be taking place by Nordstrom, just around the corner from the playground if any little ones get antsy waiting in line.

So while we don’t exactly have Hallmark-ready holiday weather here in Boca Raton (alas, not a Christmas tree farm in sight), a Christmas in July event is right up our alley.
