It might be a slower season in our area, but Town Center at Boca Raton is buzzing with activity. The shopping destination is welcoming seven new brands and a new restaurant, CVI.CHE 105, into the mix. In a world where online retail has made it very convenient for us to shop, there is still nothing like that in-store experience where human interaction is still important.
Growing up in Boca Raton, I’ve seen first-hand the evolution of Town Center throughout the years, not only for shopping and dining, but also as a central hub for our community. As the retail landscape continues to evolve, here is an overview of the great new additions at Town Center that make in-person shopping a must.
Three new stores have already opened, one being the super popular trendy activewear line, ALO Yoga. Here, you will find a collection of athleisure apparel that seamlessly shifts from the studio to the streets. For a highly personalized and immersive shopping experience featuring beautiful products, design house and fashion boutique Aritzia is the place to go. Finally, there is no need to drive north to Palm Beach for Olebar Brown. The Chanel-owned British clothing brand specializes in tailored men’s swim shorts that make a chic statement, perfect for South Florida living.

Calling all shoe lovers! Serena Uziyel, the Turkish luxury designer who creates statement footwear and accessories using ancient craftsmanship fused with contemporary accents, is set to open soon this summer. As for the fall lineup, Anthropologie is making its return to Town Center. Once again, you’ll discover their curated assortment of clothing, accessories, gifts and home décor.
Also coming in the fall is Rowan, the New York-based, female-founded ear piercing studio. Not only is ear piercing fun and celebratory, but it is most importantly a safe experience. All piercings are done by licensed nurses using only products that are hypoallergenic.
Boca Raton’s culinary scene has been burgeoning and will continue to do so. In 2025, CVI.CHE 105 will serve up Peruvian-style seafood, fusing flavor with an unparalleled atmosphere. Plus, shopping and piercings can build up quite the appetite.
