Chef Michael Hackman and Melanie Hackman, owners-operators of Aioli and Pizzaioli, are celebrating summer by hosting a chef collab series that invites local chefs to create a special pizza available only for takeout.
This week, on Wednesday, Aug. 14 – 17, chef Lindsay Autry is taking over with her pizza, inspired by her legendary tomato pie.
Finish off the month with a chancho pizza made with roasted pork and pineapple salsa created by chef Clayton Carnes of Cholo Soy Cocina from Wednesday, Aug. 21-24.
