The Community Classroom Kitchen is hosting its inaugural Kugel Cook-off on Sunday, Sept. 29. This family-friendly event is a fun competition to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. There will be sweet and savory kugels to sample, and guests can vote for the best one. Brunch sides and a bubbly mimosa bar will complement the fare. Proceeds will benefit Space of Mind’s Community Classroom Project nonprofit. The event starts at 11:30 a.m.

If you want to join the friendly competition, there’s a $25 entry fee.

And if you want to eat and relax, taster tickets are $25 (adults) and $15 (kids ten and under).
