In its 18th year, the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2025 DIAMOND Award winner, Danielle Rosse.
The philanthropist and owner of Oceans 234 will be honored at an awards luncheon at The Boca Raton on Feb. 21.
The chamber said in a statement that the award, standing for Dedicated, Inspiring, Accomplished, Motivated, Outstand, Noble and Driven, “honors an exceptional female leader who embodies these qualities.”
“Danielle Rosse is an exemplary leader whose contributions extend far beyond her success as a restaurateur,” according to the chamber. “Known for her commitment to service, she actively supports numerous nonprofit organizations, including serving on the boards of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, the Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council, and the George Snow Scholarship Fund.”
Earlier this month, Rosse was one of 43 Woman Volunteer of the Year nominees, representing the George Snow Scholarship Fund. She won Boca’s Ballroom Battle in 2023, also breaking a fundraising record for the education nonprofit. Other awards include the Coconut Creek Small Business Person of the Year, Soroptimist International Woman of Distinction, International Women’s Leadership honoree by SSL, South Florida Business Journal Influential Woman of the Year, Deerfield Beach Chamber Community Heroes Award, and the Zonta Club’s Heart, Soul & Service award.
The Boca Chamber of Commerce’s DIAMOND Award luncheon also includes the Pearl Award, honoring “an emerging female entrepreneur who shows great potential.” The 2025 award will be bestowed upon Zoe Abbott, a graduate of the Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!), a program of the Golden Bell Education Foundation.
For 2024, the DIAMOND and Pearl Awards went to Boca Grove Golf & Tennis Club general manager Jennifer Jolly and Angelina “Gigi” Zilo, respectively.
