The Israeli restaurant Malka is bringing a Kosher experience to West Palm Beach. This is star chef Eyal Shani’s third U.S. location, blending the nuances of Israeli and kosher cuisines. The concept features a custom open-fire wood-burning grill where dishes like the focaccia, rib-eye steak, and lamb chops are cooked. Malka’s famous schnitzel and branzino are also available.
“The moment I saw the space and its open-fire kitchen, I knew I wanted to help create this space for the Jewish people of West Palm Beach,” said Shani. “Bringing people light, warmth, and amazing food, especially in the realm of kosher cuisine, has always been a dream of mine. I’m honored to share a new expression of kosher food with the world, rooted in the beauty of our culture.”
It also hopes to serve as a cultural hub where Israeli artists can showcase their art with guest speakers and additional programming coming in the future.
