Good Night John Boy makes its Delray Beach debut this weekend. Forward Hospitality Group’s 70s-themed bar will celebrate its opening weekend with signature cocktails, nostalgic décor and a multicolored dance floor where guests can boogie all night long while rubbing elbows with all our local Casanovas and dancing queens.

Its name honors the TV show “The Waltons,” so be prepared to be transported straight into the 1970s. We won’t give away too much; just make sure to check out the quintessential disco-era Instagrammable vignettes.

Groovy cocktails include the Dirty Ashtray (Miller High Life loaded with Tapatio, lime, salt & pepper, and mezcal sidecar), Mood Ring (818 Tequila Blanco based cherry limeade topped with Art of Sucre edible glitter bomb), and the Disco Punch (SelvaRey based rum punch served in a take-home disco ball). Bottle service in private, nifty booths is available. Food will be introduced in the coming months.

This is the brand’s sixth nationwide location and second in Florida. It’s open all weekend from 9 p.m. until close and will reopen next week for its regular business hours: Wednesday to Friday from 4 p.m. until close, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. until close.
