Guests will learn how to create our signature Smoked Old Fashioned, featuring Redemption bourbon whiskey, in an interactive session led by our Lead Bartender. The evening continues with a tasting of high-end bourbons that showcase the depth and complexity of this celebrated spirit. Light snacks and canapés, thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Pablo Valencia, will be served to complement the experience.
