On Thursday, June 26, Good Night John Boy will host its first Gong Show Karaoke Night. Delray’s newest 70s-themed bar has organized this one-night event inspired by the variety show. Karaoke performances will be judged live by a panel, and the winner will walk away with $500. Contestants must call the bar in advance to register and come prepared to possibly get “gonged” before their song is even finished. Costumes are encouraged for both singers and spectators.
