The Florida Commandery of the Order of St. John Knights Hospitaller (OSJ) has donated $128,000 to seven local non-profit organizations that aim to support struggling families.

With these donations, the Boca Raton-based Florida branch of the OSJ continues the organization’s mission of making a meaningful local and national impact. This year, the OSJ donated to Florence Fuller, Promise Fund Of Florida, Spirit of Giving Network, Gateway Community Outreach, The Lord’s Place, Crossroads Club, and Samaritan’s Purse. Since 2011, the OSJ has donated 1.9 million to organizations that focus on cancer care, housing, education, recovery, and crisis assistance. The Florida Commandery of the OSJ is comprised of a team of 45 knights and dames who are all committed to philanthropy.
