Grandview Public Market, a staple of West Palm Beach’s Warehouse District, has closed after eight years.

The news broke earlier this month that the dining hall would be shuttering its doors by the end of the July as the Warehouse District aims to debut a slew of new retailers. While there’s still no word on what will replace the market, the district is expected to soon welcome a variety of home furnishing retailers. Food vendors within the market included Blissri Bakeshoppe, Ramen Lab Eatery, Clare Ave Grill, and more. Isla & Co., a standalone restaurant beside the market, remains open.

The food hall was the first of its kind in Palm Beach County and quickly became the anchor of the Warehouse District that includes myriad beauty and wellness boutiques. Per a report by CBS12, the Grandview tenant opted to end its lease agreement, but did not cite a reason. No other Warehouse District tenants have announced closings at this time.
