Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen
To celebrate its first evening open, the community is invited to its “First Sip” Happy Hour this Wednesday following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Parkland’s newest restaurant was created by the team behind Eddie & Vinny’s, Corvina Seafood Grill and Prezzo.
One of its signature dishes, which we’re sure will become a fan favorite, is its “Adult Happy Meal,” featuring a Caesar salad, fries, and a martini. Other highlights include the double smash burger and the brisket french dip.
Wednesday’s event will benefit Eagles Haven, a local nonprofit with a mission to support the victims and survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting. Anyone who donates will receive one complimentary cocktail.

Table 165
Chef Coton Stine is back at it again with her latest project that opened earlier this year. Building on the success of OK&M in Boynton Beach and Delray’s Costa by OK&M, Stine is now putting down roots inside the Pineapple Grove Arts District. Located just steps from The Ray Hotel, Table 165 continues Stine’s commitment to real, organic foods with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The concise menu offers a few seafood, meat and pasta options like crispy Key West shrimp, fresh catch red snapper, wagyu tenderloin tartare and Ora King salmon pasta.
