The seven-acre project we’ve all been driving past for the last few years in Delray along Atlantic Avenue is nearly finished. Well, at least Phase 1 is now ready to welcome restaurants to start their build-outs. This phase includes 30,000 square feet of retail and dining space. It’s exciting to look forward to the variety of concepts listed below.

  • Barcelona Wine Bar: Spanish wine and tapas
  • Van Leeuwen Ice Cream: Inventive flavors
  • Double Knot: Japanese izakaya and sushi
  • Drinking Pig BBQ: Barbecue with Caribbean and Asian influences
  • Maman: French café
  • Delray Beach Craft Brewing: Beers and gastropub

It has been announced that the full competition is expected for the end of 2026 or early 2027.
