Benefits include month-to-month contracts, no age limits on appliances, no deductibles or service fees, up to four HVAC systems, pool & spa, lawn sprinklers systems, home generators, outdoor kitchen, emergency lodging, title protection, preventive maintenance and more.
Members are assigned a dedicated concierge associate who understands the home’s unique needs and clients’ communication preferences, and will allocate vetted contractors.
