If you’re a fitness buff or want to feel inspired by getting close and, possibly, personal with celebrities and fitness entrepreneurs who have made it big, this upcoming event might be for you.

SweatUSA, billed as the nation’s first All-Star Fitness Festival, is coming to theMiami Beach Convention Center, Oct. 11 to 13.

The inaugural SweatUSA Fitness Festival will feature Jillian Michaels and famed fitness experts Tony Horton (P90X) and Shaun T. (Insanity), among others in the world of fitness, health and wellness.

According to press materials, the three-day event format for SweatUSA includes an expo featuring more than 100 exhibitors and organizations. They will showcase today’s most advanced and progressive health and fitness brands and wellness solutions. These include nutritional plans, dietary supplements and training equipment, as well as home-based exercise resources, gym programs and the latest beauty products.

Starting Saturday, Oct. 12, SweatUSA will begin its program of morning and afternoon workout sessions, featuring a series of classes conducted by SweatUSA’s headlining celebrity fitness trainers.  The wide variety of classes will include experiences ranging from Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Flywheel Cycling, MMA, Crossfit, Piloxing and Surfset – the unique surfboard workout routine that was first seen on the television series Shark Tank.

Jillian Michaels

Attendees who pre-register can join Jillian Michaels as she shares her newest weight loss and total body transformation secrets. Participants will experience Jillian’s signature 3-2-1 interval workout method consisting of three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of core work.

P90X

Hardcore fitness enthusiasts will have the opportunity to sign up for P90X, conducted by the legendary Tony Horton. This high-energy, fast paced class will give attendees a chance to experience all that P90X has to offer during this session being held by the inventor himself.

PILOXING

Those willing to get creative with their workout over the three days will like the latest Hollywood celebrity fitness craze sweeping the nation. PILOXINGcreator, Viveca Jensen, will be on-site, mixing Pilates and boxing into a fat torching and muscle-sculpting workout. Attendees will learn from the inventor and experience body transforming techniques to help lose weight and attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image

Brazil Butt Lift

As the creator of the world famous Brazil Butt Lift, the native South American,Leandro Carvalho, will share his unique Brazilian butt lifting training techniques.  Participants will learn signature moves to reduce the hips, slim the thighs and lift the butt. TriAngle Training works the three major muscles of the buttocks: working them from countless angles to lift, firm and shape the perfect behind without adding bulk to the thighs.

JNL Fusion

Local South Florida native and celebrity fitness model, Jennifer Nicole Lee, will host JNL Fusion – a revolutionary workout program that helps lose weight, burn fat and build lean sexy muscles.  The program was developed by Jennifer Nicole Lee, one of the country’s top fitness models, recently named “America’s Sexiest Fitness Mom” by CBS News.

Renowned Zumba instructor Heidy Torres will delight Miami’s Latino audience as she leads the festivities with a series of high-octane classes.

SweatUSA will also feature a series of mixed martial arts classes throughout the weekend, conducted by coveted MMA trainers and UFC fighters.

Attendees who pre-register online will also have the chance to sign-up for Flywheel Cycling and Crossfit classes, held by leading instructors from each discipline. Those wanting to take a more spiritual approach to their SweatUSA weekend workout can register for yoga or Pilates.  These sessions will be held in the tranquil setting of The Mondrian hotel in South Beach, where notable instructors will invite participants to partake in classes held by the pool and overlooking the bay.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is on Convention Center Drive in Miami Beach.  Doors open daily at 8:30 am.
