Best Restaurant in Uruguay Takes Over Amara at Paraiso

Chef Michael Schwartz and team are welcoming Parador La Huella into their Amara at Paraiso kitchen for a very special weekend-long takeover from June 21-23.

The Uruguayan restaurant was named ‘Best Restaurant in Uruguay’ by “Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants” last year and ‘Best Beachside Restaurant on the Planet’ by Bon Appetit magazine.

Amara’s second-floor waterfront terrace will embody Parador La Huella’s laid-back vibe that pairs perfectly with its signature seafood dishes and grilled meats.

The evening starts with a specialty cocktail followed by a family-style four-course dinner complemented by Uruguayan wines. Dinner will be served Friday and Saturday, followed by a Sunday brunch. Dinner is $250 per person, and brunch is $150 per person.
