Boca Raton Regional Hospital and Foundation is looking forward to their 24th Annual Golf Tournament at Boca West Country Club on Monday, April 24, 2023. The event is hosted by Honorary Chairs Kathy and Ron Assaf, with Chairs Amy and David Eisen and Amy and David Ross. We are also proud to have the support of a dedicated golf committee.
The Annual Golf Tournament is touted as one of the best golf charity tournaments in South Florida and supports the Ron and Kathy Assaf Center for Excellence in Nursing. Our nursing team’s reputation for providing personalized and top-quality care has been instrumental in our hospital’s continued success and national recognition. The Center provides many personal and professional opportunities for our nurses, including scholarships that support their clinical advancement. In addition, proceeds from the annual Boca Raton Regional Hospital Golf Tournament allow the hospital to recruit and retain top quality nurses and gives them the tools they need to provide the best possible care for our patients.
One of many highlights at the 24th Annual Golf Tournament will be the return of the helicopter ball drop. Hundreds of golf balls are dropped from a helicopter hovering over the driving range. The lucky person with the numbered golf ball that drops in the hole, or closest to the hole, will win a memorable experience for two at the 2024 Masters Golf Championship Tournament in Augusta, Georgia.
This highly anticipated event hosts over 300 golfers on three beautiful courses at Boca West Country Club. Each golfer will enjoy a day on the links, receive a premium amenity package, partake in a pre-tournament breakfast, on-course snacks, 19th hole cocktail reception and awards dinner. The 24th Annual Golf Tournament will be filled with fun golf competition and will include a silent auction.
