Boca Raton’s economy continues to grow and thrive, thanks to the collective efforts of our businesses, residents, and community leaders. Boca Raton continues to be a dominant player in the commercial real estate market, leasing approximately 1.13 million square feet of office space over the past three years. This figure significantly outpaces other major South Florida markets, such as Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Notably, more than half of Boca’s 2024 leasing transactions were for new leases, signaling robust and sustained demand for office space in the city. This continued interest highlights Boca Raton’s growing appeal to businesses and investors, reinforcing its position as a prime destination for commercial leasing activity in the region.

Boca Raton welcomed eight new companies in 2024, including Innovative Solutions, which established its regional headquarters in the city. The company plans to create up to 100 new jobs by 2026. Innovative Solutions CEO Justin Copie highlighted that while they had the flexibility to explore office spaces nationwide, Boca Raton stood out due to its strategic location, easy access to airports, and proximity to a skilled talent pool. With favorable pricing and availability, Boca Raton offered the perfect balance for their expansion needs.
In total, over 1,000 new jobs were created in the city in 2024, further fueling its economic growth. From 2019 to 2024, Boca Raton’s job growth of 8.4% significantly outpaced the national average of 3.7%, underscoring the strength and resilience of our community.
